I have installed:
LSPDFR 0.4.4
MVGA
Radiance
Of course ragepluginhook
3 Callouts
Standard stuff for lspdfr (Traffic Police, arrest manager, ....)
Every emergency car is replaced
Weapon sound and look overhaul
EUP

If im playing without being on duty i dont have the problem.

 

 

My System:
R5 1600x
16GB DDR4 3200
Asus B350-F Gaming
GTX 1080TI

 

In the past it was possible to play with the listed stuff and on the same computer. I reinstalled windows and now nothing is working. I tried to change the priority of the game, tried to use the "lag&graphics not loading" fix. Nothing helped. I know people with worse hardware and they can play with MVGA, lspdfr, many cars replaced etc...
Do you have any ideas?

Go into your GTA V Directory, open LSPDFR open the lspdfr.ini, change this line "Main.PreloadAllModels = true" to "Main.PreloadAllModels = false". If that doesn't work, follow the link. I'm running a 2080TI and an i7-9700k but I still get texture loss, the game can only render so much. Make sure you go into your settings in-game, Advanced Graphics see if lowering Extended Shadows Distance and Distance Scaling to 0 fixes it.,  From the looks of it, you are running modded vehicles. Make sure you have lowered the vehicle textures to below 4k otherwise you'll get this Texture loss (overload) on GTAV, Here is a link to the longer description of it.
