Change stock rims with modded rims!

Hello,

 

is there a way to change the stock rims of some cars (for expamle police, police2, police3 & etc.) to modded rims?

I want to add this mod as standard rim for "Police" when it spawns, I dont like the stock version of it.

 

Is it even possible? Via Trainer it is possible.
