If I'm reading it right, the crashing occurs during ambient traffic stops.  This means either you still have a bad police car, a bad ped, weapon, etc.

 

Remove the most recent things you've added, then try again.

    Its for police2, Its not spawning at all, I have done that, When I type Spawn Police2 in f4 rph console it says Cannot load invalid model with hash 0x9f05f101. Is there a way I can remove ambient traffic stops?

    Removing them won't solve the overall issue.  Did you use a mods folder?
