I was wondering if there is anyone on here that wouldn't mind assisting me, or guiding me in setting up visual studio so that I can try my hand at editing and possibly making mods for LSPDFR. I have looked through the code for Albo1125's plugins over on GitHub and I was amazed at how easily I could read it, but the references threw me for a loop because some of the reference sources related to LSPDFR were missing; I would really like to know where to find them (am I just looking to reference the .dll files from other plugins?) so that I can add them. I would also like a crash course into making a few beginner mods and would appreciate some help finding a tutorial (or two) that can help me or someone who is willing to Discord chat with me and walk me through it.

 

Now I know that I got that out of the way I was curious about something:

 

I am a stickler for details and would really like to have the Police AI (while in a vehicle) go after any motorist who runs a stop sign and/or red light. Is there someone who could help me with this? Thank you so much 🙂
