The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Anybody know how to change the vehicle colour and window tint without having to get a trainer, or atleast a very easy trainer. Cause they always bind up with my other keys and then make the game choppy when I do it that way. I have the mod for undercover black and white one but only the white one spawns

The only fast, easy way to do both is with a trainer, and I recommend TrainerV - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

 

The other method involves editing vehicles.meta and carvariations.
