The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

You should first update your LSPDFR to the latest version. Your version is LSPDFR 0.4.3, the latest version is 0.4.4 🙂 If the crash still happens, let me know!
