Hi there,

 

Have you tried adding GTA V and RagePluginHook to your antivirus exceptions, and also exceptions to your Firewall? Try also running with Admin permissions. You could also try loading GTA V first, then RPH once you're in game.

Tried restarting your PC? Deactivate your antivirus, remove RPH and then reinstall RPH, then try again.

I tried it as an admin I tried it without antivirus program I reinstalled it and it still does not work
