The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    You can try disable ypu Anti Virus this helped in my case

    Yes I have, Im on my 3rd reinstall... I am literally watching every video this go around. Ill let you know if I solve this.
