Are you able to launch GTA V without RPH? Do you have a mods folder?

If you are able to launch GTA V without and you have a mods folder, then go into your RPH settings and don't load any plugins on startup. Once you're in-game, open the RPH console (F4 by default) and type ReloadAllPlugins - try to go on duty after that.

If you can't launch GTA V without RPH and you have a mods folder, then something inside of that folder hasn't been installed correctly or is otherwise causing the crash.

If you can't launch GTA V without RPH and you don't have a mods folder, then try verifying your game files. This will be done via Steam if you own a Steam version, or through the new R* launcher if you have the retail version.

Hope this helps,

Zen
