ELS MOD

Good morning all.

It's been a year since I played gta 5 anymore. However, the police mod of gta was missing me badly, from the cup I had to reinstall everything it took me a long time. However, I notice that there is a lot of change for using the ELS system.

I tried everything for it to work but nothing. I mean by that I install the mod lspdfr then the vehicles that go with it ... I was thinking of a car problem, but nothing was working on the plugin of the els. While doing several research I realize that a file to ask for the good functioning of the ELS "scriphookv". I decided to install it and there ...

New problem, the plugin only works before the current update of gta 5. So how do we if we version 1.0.1737.6 while the plugin works only for the previous version 1.0.1737.0.

How can I install this plugin without having the error window? I can not play games if I do not have the plugin up to date. Thank you for your help.

For information I downloaded the latest version of the scripthookv. And to summarize my problem is that the ELS mod does not work at all. 
No shortcut key appears to work. The panel is not visible by pressing ctrl + p ... 
Should we wait for it to release an update of their plugin. 
I look at the date of the last version and I read on a forum that the guy who took care of this plugin did not give signs of life. 
Do you have news? How can I use ELS mode if a plugin is missing to make it work?
