Hi, I can't get GTA V to launch with RAGE Plugin Hook. GTA V opens and then the RAGE logo goes away and it crashes right after that. Here is my log:

I have tried loading RAGE without the plugins and I have enabled windowed mode and DirectX 11 command line switches and I have disabled custom loading screen. I have only LSPDFR and ScriptHookV installed after a fresh reinstall of the game. The GTA V directory is an exception in my antivirus (AVG). I've also tried running the game without firewall and antivirus enabled. I don't know what the problem could be.
