Hello, When trying to open Rage Plugin Hook (Everything is up to date) and then nothing happens or opens. I get the wheel on my mouse to spin and it shows its opening for about 10 seconds. I've tried running as an administrator, disabling antivirus, reinstalling, and nothing. I really do not know what else to do, and can't seem to find solutions online that have working for me. I really would love some help.
