Hi,

First of all, thank you in advance. Just installed a fresh copy of GTA V and Ragepluginhook. I can play to Gta V but when I try to load ragepluginhook they both crash. 

 

I disabled antivirus and firewall, forced windows mode, load with no plugins and nothing worked. 

 

I attach the login. ¿Anyone knows what happens?

Could you send me the RagePluginHook.log file that is in your main folder of gta 5. Once you'll send it I'll can help you.

Ok. First try to place the plugin threshold to 60000 instead of 30000. Then did you modify textures or anything else with openIV. Finally check if you disable windows defender and add all the GTA5 folder to your antivirus exceptions, check also if you haven't any free antivirus installed by default on your computer. Even with your antivirus disabled, it can prevent files to run. Tell me if it works once you done that. 

Oh, @CL0Pinette that made the trick, had to add the exceptions although antivirus and firewall were deactivated, so weird. Thank you very much 🙂

Bad news, just changed the video settings and now crashes all the time... ¿what can I do? Don't know if it's related with the video settings, but the crash message it's different.

Which video settings did you change ?

One thing to know is that you can't run it in full screen else it would crash everytime. 

Just changed the screen resolution, sometimes works and sometimes not. If I run the GTA V alone, it starts smoothly, but if I try to run rage it crashes. I read the log and looks that there's no plugin running when it crashes, kinda weird.

Try to update your graphics driver. It can maybe patch this. And check if all your drivers are up to date. 

I have this issue from 2 days now and my game works sometime and after still crash and yesterday i have discover a line this line is : Failed to retrieve D3D call in reasonable time, changing hooking mode" and i have not found on my log when the game don't crash so i think its related to Direct3D so stay updated if i found a fix! in other word this is my High priority one

I have this issue sometimes too but I can run rage. Can you send me your ragepluginhook.log file that is in your main folder of gta5 ?
