Quick question. So I have seen a few cars in FiveM that when ELS is activated (non-els cars) The lights will flash blue and white, essentially making them dual colored leds. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to replicate this. I have a valor I would like to institute into this but have come up with zilch. Any and all help is appreciated.

 

P.S. Bad video, but the only one I could find replicating the flash pattern I'm after
