HEMS Dev Wanted!!

So I have recently been playing LSPDFR and noticed that there isn't any HEMS (Helicopter EMS) that is playable (and if there is it isn't good). I am a flight paramedic and have been for years. I have some really good ideas on how to incorporate HEMS into LSPDFR and how to make it some what detailed so it is fun to play. I have see that you can participate in being in a helicopter with the PD and that there is a coast guard mod (not great) but I feel like I can help support a dev willing to partake in this endeavor. I also saw that you can request HEMS as an officer, but that isn't at all what it is like to have HEMS responding. If you are willing to put in the work I will help as much as I can. I can give pics and video of our aircraft, procedures before take off (quick animation), crew number, ideas for what to request or what to order while responding to the scene as well as back to the hospital, and much more.
