I have a couple mods installed. I use Computer+ and LSPDFR+ along with the 2 extensions recommended for the LSPDFR+ to work. I noticed anytime I discharge my firearm, like every citizen starts to shoot at me. Don't know if I messed anything up. Please help.

Also I noticed anytime I get close to someone they put their head down
