 I fudged up really bad. I was following a tutorial for adding police cars and I deleted everything in the mods folder on the OpenIV on accident. So now my GTA keeps crashing everytime I load up LSPDFR and go on duty. Is there a way I can start over. I had everything working about 30 mins ago and then I fudged up. I uninstalled OpenIV and reinstalled but everything is still missing. There are 2 folders "updates" and "plugins" that are in the main gta folder with everything in it but it wont let me put it in the mods folder. What have I done? And how can I fix this? I'm new to this whole modding thing and pc world. Any help will be greatly appreciated

 

So... in your GTA directory you only have your "updates" and "plugins" folders. Just those 2? Everything else gone?

If you only have those two folders in your GTA directory you should install the rest of gta and lspdfr. and there should no folder named "updates" only "update", and on the other hand why would you want your plugins folder moved into your mods folder ?
