When I load into the  game lspdfr gets to the loading screen and starts to load but after 30 seconds or so it just crashes and Rage starts to generate a crash report. any help on this would be appreciated greatly!

It's difficult to help without your RagePluginHook log. Please provide that here and that will give more information to work from 🙂 

You can find it inside of your GTA V main directory, titled RagePluginHook.log (it's a text file).

If you have a mods folder, please use OpenIV to update it if you haven't done so already.

 

In your RPH settings, set your Plugin Timeout threshold to 60000, and try loading RPH with only LSPDFR. If you can load into the game, open the RPH console (F4 by default) and type ReloadAllPlugins to load the rest of your plugins. If it crashes after that, then you more than likely have an outdated or faulty plugin (not LSPDFR).
