The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So... not sure whats going on .. but i cant install any oiv package installer... everytime i try to install a pack it says that i do not have the permissions to open the file to contact the owner.. i´ve used openIV alot before and this never happened to me before.. cant install any oiv installer right now only manual ones.. im the admin of the pc with the admin account logged in.. so not really sure whats going on .. 😐 only have basic mod's like LSPDFR and ELS basicly was trying to install the rest now cuz i havent test the latest's versions of LSPDFR and it seems way more stable now .. soo i was ansious to try it out but now not sure why i cant install any package 😐
