The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

This is my first time downloading a mod. I can see that people extract the file for lspdfr into common apps for steam, but i don't have the steam version. I got mine from rockstar. Is there another file i should have to download this? i can only fine the application to run the game, thats it.
