This is a clean copy of the game no mods installed.

 

I am new to this so this may be the problem but when I open RagePluginHook.exe to load the game as well the game crashes and doesn't load. I have read a few of the forums and still seem to not find the fix. I have uploaded my log file as other forms have stated please let me know what I am doing wrong.

As a sub to the first post how to load the LSPDFR

 

1 Start ragepluginhook.exe

or

2 start game go to police station then load ragepluginhook.exe?
