The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

 LSPDFR loads into the gta start up screen and then gets stuck with the loading in music and LSPDFR screen with words in the bottom that say " loading story mode with rage plugin hook" with a spinning circle and stays there as long as i let it, never actually loads up the game

UPDATE: tried loading in regular GTA and that loads for a while then crashes..
