The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yup so 2 new updates , game and lspdfr and no one has updated their mods and the updates are gonna come slow and modders are not going to produce new ones because of the work involved. Ultimately its the game update that totally messes up everything , I can tell script modders are slipping away and it really sucks. I am not updating shit  im staying with 4.2 and the previous game version, im done.  ive never been so unhappy with lspdfr.  liberty city always kept great script mods but so unstable. I wonder if this be be the decline ? thoughts anyone?
