The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

lspd:fr cant launch

Hi guys.

everytime i try to launch lspd:fr that error crashs it:

Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.

Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer.

I don't wanna be rude but can you read? Try to start Rage with Admin or disable your anti virus.

Nothing really intresting here...

I had the very same problem.

 

I do not know what fixed it for me but here are a few things I done to try and get it to work.

 

  • Restart computer after installing rage and lspdfr
  • run rage as admin
  • check the boxes for force windowed mode and borderless window. (hold shift and double click rage while still holding shift to bring up the settings again and click on game settings)
  • make sure the copy of GTA V you are using is the one that Steam knows exists i.e. use the default install of GTA V (make a backup copy first though)

As I say I don't know which of these worked for me but 1 or more did.
