The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ok folks so i have been out of the loop for a bit with lspdfr and am looking to start tinkering with it again my first issue i have to figure out a rage crash which i am positive is just a setting somewhere i have to put my finger on!.... but lighting is my question for today... during the day my lighting is dim environmental lighting looks great and at night the lighting looks awesome  i installed visual V but wondering if i should install a radiance mod as well to make the lights pop?
