The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Which pc would run lspdfr with all the plugins and car packs better?

I need helping choosing between two PCs. One has an AMD ryzen 1600, gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb ram. The other pc has an i5 8400 gtx 1660ti, 16gb ram. What one would give better FPS?

Depends on how much you willing to spend and what monitor resolution. I wouldn't go with 1060 unless you can pick it up for second hand for under $200 since you can get an brand new 1660TI for under $400 or even the 1660 Super cheaper then the TI. The 1660 is the same performance as the 1060 anyway if not more. And regards future proof for at least 3 or so more years then 1660 is the best option so far. 

 

I myself have the Asus 1660TI for like £319
