Rage Pluggin Hook not luanching fully

Heyo,

So i've had mutliple attempts at trying to fix this issue, Every time I try and start the Rage pluggin hook it gets stuck on the preparing backup screen forcing me to close it via task manager, leading to a silent crash that where i can't close the background process. I've tried unistalling everything and going from scratch with just the script hook and Rage pluggin with no change. I've turned off my antivirus so i really have no idea what's going on, there's no crash files and the game launches normally when loading from steam.

Any help would be really appreciated
