I don't know how to insert the video that i took but the game crashes right off the start when the rage logo goes down into the left corner, all i get is a black screen and then crashes, its a fresh install of gta 5 from steam and only has lspdfr installed

Could you go into your GTA V main directory and post your RagePluginHook.log? It will be a text file.

Join the club mate. I’m having the same issue. After install, I rebooted and was actual able to get video of gtaV loading up, but half way through, it decided to crash. No ones helped me yet on my post but we in the same boat.

Thanks for that. Can you go ahead and go to your RagePluginHook settings, then to Game Settings, and force it to run in windowed mode?

 

If that fails, go to your settings again and don't load any plugins at all. If it loads and you're in-game, press F4 and type "ReloadAllPlugins".

 

Finally, if that doesn't work either, load GTA from Steam (not RagePluginHook). Once you're at the stage where you select whether to go into Singleplayer/Multiplayer, go into your GTA directory and load RagePluginHook. Wait for it to begin to load.

 

Let me know if anything does, or does not, work.

I got the chance to finally try to fix the problems i was having which thanks to the new update made it even harder but i deleted my gta game and reinstalled it, after that i downloaded the newest version of lspdfr, the newest version of rage plugin, and the newest version of scripthook, all of them say they are working on the new update but when i try to start it up im still getting stuck with the same thing that was happening before, rage loads up and as soon as the game hooks and i see the black screen it kicks me out to an alert saying something went wrong and asking for a safe start.
