The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    I'd recommend checking you've installed all of your plugins correctly and that you've installed all the required dependencies. If you're unsure on how to do that, I can check them for you if you post a screenshot of your LSPDFR Plugins folder.

    I can't find a solution, before the various updates it didn't happen to me, but lately I have a lot of crashes of game memory errors, I saw that you know how to move well, and you spent time helping someone else, if you could you could help me ? I tried everything and I also downloaded the various gameconf from mods5 with the tools ect ... 
    I read above that you asked to send you this LOG, I have pasted it on mine, thanks in advance always if you can
