Hello, 

I just installed Lspdfr 0.42 this afternoon

Everytime I try to run RageHook even with advanced priviledges to play lspdfr, my game crash just after the "launching game..." message disappears. 

I try a lots of way to fix it (I looked for a lots of topics) but none of the answers could help me. 

I have the 0.66.1241.15481 version of RageHook.

Do you have any suggestions of how I can fix it ?

Hi CL0, 

For best results, you should post your RagePluginHook.log after the crash so people can read it and potentially spot errors. You can find this in your main GTA V folder 🙂

If you post it here, I can take a look and try and assist you further. Without it, it could be any number of things that are going wrong.

Sorry, I've been working over the weekend.

Rename your LSPDFR folder inside of plugins as _LSPDFR, then run RPH. If it crashes again, then there's a plugin installed wrong or you've installed LSPDFR wrong. Make sure your plugins/lspdfr/rph are all at the latest versions too.

I have the same Problem. But there is no LSPDFR folder in my plugins folder.

I think this should go into a new post @Dreamxdevil, but I'll answer anyways.

 

Launch RagePluginHook, then immediately hold down SHIFT to open the settings. Go to your command line settings, and make sure you tick the box which forces the plugin to run in a windowed mode.

 

As for your LSPDFR plugins folder, have you installed any other plugins for LSPDFR? If not then you probably won't have one. If you add a simple callout pack, such as Variety Callouts, you will get a plugins folder if you install it correctly.

 

If you get any further issues, I'd make a new post (if you haven't already) inside of the LSPDFR 4.0 support forum so that you don't hijack this one.

Hi Zen, thanks for your replies.

I reinstalled lspdfr, Rage and uninstall all of the plugins but my game still crashes. 

I also installed ScriptHookV.

But when I launch it with advanced priviledges, I  got the message "Rage couldn't hook game instance". 

I don't have a steam version of GTA5.

Hi Zen,

I tried to change DirectX version, i tried to remove all my plugins, I redownload my game to try after. I disable my antivirus. I put the plugin timeout threshold to 60000. I also try to force fullscreen, windowed mode. And even not to load lspdfr to see if I could launch only rage without any plugin.

Tbh I've looked and I even have trouble with the same thing, I have taken the time to also notice my GTA V is supported with RPH, but then as I took a closer look my launcher version is different...... Shouldn't it be the same in order for everything to work properly?

Could you try to launch the GTA V game without RagePluginHook, and then launch the RagePluginHook once you hit the screen where it asks you to choose Online/Multiplayer. Once the RagePluginHook has hooked and went into the bottom corner, select Story mode and it should begin to load.

 

Let me know if that works.

I could not try this week. But I'll try it when I'll can and tell you if it works. 

I already try to launch GTA5 without RagePluginHook, but I launched history mode before launching RPH. When I did this my game crashes

No problem, just try it whenever you can! I'm sure we can get it working at some point!

I tried to launch the game then launch rage 1.68 but it still crashes right after the rage logo went into the bottom corner.

Do you have any idea of what i can do ?
