RPH terminates LSPDFR if anything changes

Featured Replies

The only time it runs is on a clean install with just RPH+LSPDFR.  If I modify absolutely anything: a callout pack, trainer, EUP, or gun/car model, will cause RPH to terminate LSPDFR for absolutely no reason.

I tried to install weapons BEFORE and AFTER (using the MODS folder method), attempted to add scripthook + a trainer BEFORE and AFTER adding LSPDFR and RPH. In both cases, LSPDFR hung on the loading screen and then was terminated.

The most successful attempt I had was just with EUP L&O, where the game loaded, then RPH terminated LSPDFR and kicked me to Franklin; I tried 'reloadallplugins', but neither that nor 'forceduty' worked.

My RagePluginHook has strange behavior: when I mess with the settings in the launcher, it won't save. I have to go back into the .ini to make it accept my inputs on the settings.

I have no clue what's going on but I'm getting very tired of only being able to play with the vanilla callouts, weapons and cars. Please help.

Hi Southpaw,

Could you post the RagePluginHook.log from when your game last crashed when using plugins? You can find this in your GTA V root folder, near the RagePluginHook.exe

We can take it from there after that 🙂

RPH log after running LSPDFR with OTBCallouts 07-19-19

Here's what I got - It appears RPH just wants to close things and doesn't allow LSPDFR loading time? Any fix besides setting a new plugin terminate time? I can't get it to behave and wait.

No problem! Just quickly check that the plugin threshold timeout is actually saving. Sometimes settings won't save to the .ini through the interface, so you'll need to edit yourself. Check the RagePluginHook.ini and increase your threshold to around 60000 if it has not saved.

Other than than, have you tried going into your settings and not loading any plugins from startup, and then reloading the plugins from in game? Forcing the game to run into windowed mode can also help, which can be found in your RPH settings too. I'll have another look around and I'll reply if I come up with anything new 🙂

Appears to work now with starting LSPDFR after the game loads, thank you so much! Is there any advice besides the obvious ones (back up your files, have all mods in mod folder) I should follow to keep any issues from happening?

A huge one is to make sure you keep an eye on plugins that you've installed, and follow them on here. Most major plugins will tell you in-game when an update is out, but it doesn't hurt to check on here occasionally 🙂 Have fun!
