Hello there, I am running into a bit of a problem. When I attempt to pull people over, (shift blip) then sirens (J x 3) they drive straight and don't stop until they hit something, now I am using ELS and also the Los Santos Police Department Mega Pack [ELS] 1.0.0 and the [ELS] BCSO Pack. Now before I go reinstalling things, do you think the issue would lie in the ELS, or the vehicle files?

    I have found that turning ELS Traffic Control setting off helps with this where you try to use the horn to get them to stop and they keep driving, turning this to off solved that problem for me.. its called ELSTrafCtrlOn in settings of ELS.ini
