Game crashing within 90 seconds of loading in.

So I have a problem that might not be LSPDFR related, but I'm not sure - in any case, the only way I can get an error log is when it crashes while Rage is running.

I have LSPDFR running, with Realism Dispatch Enhanced's dispatch.meta (I also have World of Variety running if that matters). Every time I load the game, with or without LSPDFR, within 90 seconds the game will crash. No matter what I'm driving, who I'm playing as, it seems as soon as I get off the hills and onto the main streets of Los Santos, it crashes. The same thing happens immediately after teleporting south with Menyoo and GoToPD. According to Rage, this is the error that comes up (It's not the entire log because that's huge, I can upload the crash file as a .zip if needed.):

Any ideas? I'm also poking around other places since it happens without Rage running.
