Traffic stop issue

Featured Replies

Whenever I ask the driver to get out of their car, the game doesn't allow me to interact with them. I hold E to yell at them to stop, which they do, but it still doesn't let them bring up an interaction menu. They always either end up just getting back in the car or I trigger the random flee and have to arrest them at gunpoint. I'm not sure if it's a mod conflict or which ones, but it's probably LSPDFR+, interaction+, stop the ped, or traffic policer. I've tried pressing E by the driver's side and using that menu and I've also tried pressing Y for the interaction+ menu but they both always make them act this way. Any ideas or help?

Edit: forgot to add that once I arrest them at gunpoint, the stop the ped menu starts working right
