Getting this error when installing LCPDFR

When im trying to install LCPDFR i'll get this error code:

Could it be becouse im running a 64 bit windows 7??

First things first we need your Diagnostics Report:

After downloading it run it as a Administrator and post it here. Your problem does not have to do with Window 7 64 bit as I am running the same thing with no problems at all.

Reinstalling my GTA IV atm (LCPDFR did screw it up)..

Well need a diag report, but will tell you that LCPDFR didn't screw up your GTA IV, those files can be removed with searching howto remove lcpdfr, probley a savegame causing your problems....

You obviously didn't do something right. LCPDFR doesn't screw up games, it's just a script.

After reinstalling GTA IV 2 times, and tried to install LCPDFR 2 times, i can say that LCPDFR fuckes up my GTA..

Worked when i last tried to start it, but then i installed lcpdfr and then it wasen't working again.

Well your computer is not all that great especially with just 3 cores, that could be one problem. Are you ensuring your running the game as a Administrator by the way?

Well then dralis83 is probably right it could be your save game is messed up, try starting a new one and see if any improvement occurs at all.
