I had a look through it and not seeing any issues.  What makes you believe it's not working?

Well, one of the cars now crash the garage menu, the other cars all spawn with different colors which they didn't before and there is no longer any options besides stock for upgrading the vehicles; as in no modkit.

I don't know about the modkit, as I've not messed with it, however for spawn colors, it depends on what you've added/edited. For example, with fbi3, all values are 000, meaning it spawns black.  You can easily go through the values for the entries and change them yourself.  Here is a color guide - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/lsc-vehicle-colours-index

Yeah, all the color codes for the addon vehicles in that meta file i've done myself and they used to work fine with every launch.. It's like the game just stopped loading the file.

What happened prior to this not working?  Did you make any changes at all?

Not really.. I updated a few plugins but thats it.

Any ideas? I've moved the addon cars to its own dlcpack, but it still wont load the carvariations.meta file.

Double check the vehicles.meta and make sure tdxname is the exact name of the slots you're using.  I think the carvariation is fine, it might be an error you made and didn't realize it.

Names are all the same. Uploading vehicles.meta in case i'm blind.

Okay, lets step back for a second.

 

When you spawn the vehicles, they do spawn with a color, correct?  and everything about them is fine except for the modkits?  It might not be the color you want, but it spawns with one, right? and you can change the color in your trainer?

Yeah they spawn with the wrong colors.  It's like the settings in carvariations dont apply. No modkit, no sirensettings.
