I beleive the problem is:

(2012-08-17 16:16:10 - Error during Tick in script ' FirstResponce.LCPD.PullOver':)

I have tried reinstalling, but same happens, also no third party add-ons installed.

does anyone know how to fix?

So all you have to do it one of 2 things.

1.) You can restart the game

2.) Press the ` key next to the '1' key and that brings up a command console. Then type 'reloadscripts' after press ALT - P to start the mod again, and then press CTRL - P to force yourself on duty. You should then be able to pull cars over after fowling one of these steps.

Sometimes the scripts crash in LCPDFR, so all you have to do is one of the following steps. I recommend step 2 as it always works.

If I've helped you in anyway, Give me some Reputation in return Sierra10-8 Clan is a clan that sticks together and play many games together, our number one being LCPDFR. No problem, glad to be able to help. Enjoy the mod!
