The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Im new to gta modding and i tried to do the manual install and the automated one, but neither of them will put this file into my gta directory: LMS.PortableExecutable.dll. Ive tried uninstalling and re installing but it just doesnt work. i cant drag it over even in openiv. anytime i even open rph it says this 

RAGE Plugin Hook has detected that one or more of its dependencies are corrupt, preventing it from starting:

LMS.PortableExecutable.dll

 

it says to update then at the end it says it failed to update
