The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi so I have many problems. Once it works but then other problem appears. 

So I downloaded all plugins that works on 0.4 (https://acepilot2k7.com/2019-gta-5-lspdfr-0-4-mod-list/) and my lspdfr crashes I dont know why? I downloaded every newest version of lspdfr,rage,alb1115 etc.. and still doesnt work, I deleted all plugins it didnt change anything. then I downloaded  troubleshooter and everytime it shows "You need Microsoft visual ++ 2010 etc.." I installed it and it still shows me that I need Microsoft visual 2010.  I dont know what to do its been 2 days Im trying to install it. Any help please?
