ragehook wont load on start

i had no isses before and then all of a sudden gta will not load with rage hook it lunches the game but goes to black screen then crashes ive reinstalled everything latest script hook and rage hook no mods or anything is installed on the game im not sure what else to do game loads normal threw steam without rage tho ive tried anyting i can think of so anything i can try to make this work i will try
