1. I did this with the retail CD not a crack ver. so please don't ask.

 

2. This is done on a fresh copy of GTA V 

 

3. I want back to disk one in my cd rom drive and went to repair.

 

4. in this order I stall LSPDFR 4.2

 

[ download LSPDFR 4.2 manual]

 

[unzip it to a new folder & call it what ever you like]

 

[download RagePluginHook 15481]

 

[unzip it to a new folder & call it what ever you like]

 

5. In stall LSPDFR 4.2 manually install/drag & drop to GTA V main folder{ All Files , Means everything in the folder}

 

6. Then install/drag & drop RagePluginHook files {All the files,yes even the SDK folder} Over write everything

 

6/2. Go into the plugin folder & make sure you see lspdfr folder, if you don't see one create one& no caps one.

It should look like this lspdfr not LSPDFR.

 

7. Then click on the RagePluginHook Icon {Don't create a shortcut} click on it right from main GTA V folder

 

8.[Increase 'Plugin timeout threshold' to  30000] as said on Cyan [READ-WILL SAVE YOU TIME] Forums

 

9. Follow RagePluginHook setup step

[Do not tick/click on any other setting in RagePluginHook APP] leave all at defaults

 

10. Make sure in RagePluginHook tabs everthing is untick/not checked

 

11. Set RagePluginHook as well not to load any plugin [ you can load it in game F4]

 

12. Check Disable permanent version text rendering [ lol we don't need that showing up]

 

13. Save & Launch

 

NOTES: 

Make sure you had played the first mission of the game where Your at Franklin aunt house [starting point]

Press F4 and load in LSPDFR 4.2.

That is what got mine to work. 

ReadMe : 

Will startup in small screen no matter what setting you had put the setting ingame, What you need to do is let it finish loading

into game. Then in game go back to setting and click windows mode & apply. Then click again to full screen & Apply. 

There you have it...

 

I hope this helps because theses forms most of the time don't help
