GTA IV - Loading Issues

Hey guys, I dont know if this is the same for other people but i have got the LCPDFR Installed and ready to go, but after i installed, i went to play GTA IV And...... It said, "GTA IV is not responding" i have not been able to play GTA IV Since, if anyone knows why this might be, please let me know
