So I have been messing around with stuff for eight hours now. I watched 20 how to install els videos, been on hundreds of forums with people having the same problem but nothing will work. Trust me when i say this i have everything i need by reviewing videos and forums. only the taillights work and thats by pressing a hotkey that i set as the horn. I have downloaded multiple els compatible packs hoping that maybe the pack has a bug but no. i have scripthookv, all the xml files, nothings renamed, their all spawning but just no lights or control panel. I have no solution and I even uninstalled the ASI stuff and reinstalled them in open iv. Somebody please help!!!!!!!!!!
