So I'm somewhat new to this modding and tinkering deal so this may seem like a dumb question to most.  I'm looking to change the LSSD Task Force vest and the accompanying LSSD neck badge to a U.S. Marshal vest and badge.  I have taken care of the vest and it works just fine but I'm struggling to locate where the neck badge is so I can modify it.  I attempted to mod the file I thought it was but I was wrong.  Do any of you have any guidance.  

 

I'm using EUP 8.1 and LSPDFR 4.2
