LSPDFR Crashes when I equip the Shield

This started happening after I installed Sniper296's "penetrator infiltrator ballistic shield" but with it being an OIV, I'm not really sure why it's crashing. 
I also did add <ShieldModel> prop_ballistic_shield_sheriff</ShieldModel> (as instructed to do by Sniper296 in his description, but I've removed it since. I added it to the EUP Agency.xml so I'll link that aswell just to be sure there's no errors with that.
