Sounds like a dumb question, but i don't know how to get the diagnostics...could someone please help me. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you for your time.

http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php/files/file/2-g17-media-iv-diagnostics-tool-043/ Download it and run it. Tick GTA IV or EFLC (depends on wich one you have) and start scan. Then post the log it makes.
