Getting errors when trying to arrest/pullover ect.

Featured Replies

I am having trouble with LCPDFR. The first time I installed it and played it the game was working fine. Only error I got was when trying to select the tazer, but nothing else. Now, after trying to play it nothing works. When trying to pull someone over, arrest, even go on duty I get an error saying something like Object does not match target type. Also when trying to go on duty it just makes the screen a bit blurry but nothing else. I have tried reinstalling the game about 4 times, I am up to date on the Framework and C++ thing, my GTA is patched to 1.0.7.0. This was working fine, then just started really messing up. Only mods I have installed are Realistic Weapon Mods, LCPDFR, 3 car mods (2 police car txt mods and a landstalker txt mod) and some weapon txt mods

EDIT: I am going to reinstall GTA IV, and try installing it again. I'll report back if it works or not.

EDIT2: After uninstalling and reinstalling GTA IV and LCPDFR it made things worse, now I can't even run GTA 4 without it crashing right away.

EDIT3: GTA IV is working fine now, i'm gonna try installing LCPDFR now, not using anything else. I'll report back if it works :3 Okay, yeah it's working fine. I just had to reinstall GTA IV and LCPDFR like 3 times xD

Are you running any mods on the game at all besides LCPD:FR? Also are you running the game as a Administrator. Running the game as Administrator a lot of times helps.

Also if you are getting errors with stuff like this, you can try and press the ` key which is next to the 1 key and in the command console type in reloadscripts. One you do that reactivate LCPD:FR (ALT + P) then force duty again with (CTRL + P)

At first I was running a few mods, and it worked, then it started messing up but I could still go on duty ect. but now it doesn't work at all. The last time I tried, all I had installed was baitcar and LCPD:FR. And yeah i'm running as admin, it's the only way it works for me xD
