After solving crash problems I encounter a new problem, the assigned SHIFT key does not work, the LSPDFR menu in the GTAV pause menu does not appear or displays one of the basic gta5 skills. All this while the installation of GTAV is new and all plugins and mods I use are up to date and compatible with LSPDFR 0.4.1. I provided the RPH log in GTAV main file.

for the key SHIFT is the key assigned for a traffic stop that does not work all the time

What I recommend doing is restoring all of your GTA keybinds to default, and then changing the ones you want. This fixed an issue I had where Enter didn't work for any of the LSPDFR menus. Just to make sure, take screenshots of your current GTA keybinds to make sure they are set to what you'd like after you restore them to default. As for the other issues; I can't help.

I did a few things and the problem of the controls seem to be solved. Thanks.

By cons I still have a problem in the menu of LSPDFR, I was able to take a picture of what displayed RPH at stake:

Really strange someone has already had this bug ??
