RagePlugin hook crashes every time I start game

Hi Everyone! I have LSPDFR And a bunch of plugins and it was working fine up until a few days ago.

I haven't changed anything beside a vehicle model but even when I switched it back it still crashes.

When I click on RagePluginHook.exe in my GTA V directory it will open up a black window and then a pop-up saying that it crashed.

 

For Anyone Who wants a Crash Report i've copied it onto a Google Doc:
