Vocal Dispatch: "Didn't copy" then doesn't work at all

When going on duty, first time I press the call button I hear the beeps and get "Didn't copy" response.  Then it stops working altogether, no response at all or beeps when pushing the talk button.  I have completely reinstalled everything and have the same issue.  I'm running a few custom vehicles and vehicles.meta... could that be conflicting?  I'm getting the error below in my log:

Follow up.  @Turbofandude was cool enough to help me out.  It was an issue with Nahimic sound optimization software running in the background.  Turned it off and vocal dispatch works great.
